After fifteen years, Maite integrated her recruiting experience, life science expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit to found Madison Leigh Search Firm. Having worked in business development for a micro & analytical lab, Maite has intimate knowledge of science company audit and recognizes the staffing needs of top companies. She works every day to realize her simple vision for the science space: a market where exceptional talent meets exceptional opportunity.

Maite’s parents knew no English when they immigrated to America from the Dominican Republic, but through hard work they built a successful minority-owned business and put their three children through college. Maite graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Marketing, and today follows in her parents’ footsteps as proud owner of a minority-run business.

At home, Maite is a global cook, an appreciator of cuisine from Italian to Indian. When she’s not cooking, she’s looking forward to decorating her home for whichever holiday is next. She is a proud single-mother and dance mom, having named Madison Leigh Search Firm after her daughter.
Madison dances ballet and attends a private high school in New Jersey, where she is on the high honor roll.
