Ana MacLeod joined Madison Leigh Search Firm as Director of Recruitment in February 2021. In addition to her professional work, she is an active member of the Junior League of Raleigh, supports several non-profit organizations, serves as class parent at her daughter’s school, and is the ultimate tennis mom.

After a lifetime of globe-trotting, Ana has settled down in Raleigh, NC with her husband Hugh, daughter Fiona, and fluffy monster Chip. When not on her Peloton, she spends her free time looking for things to celebrate and a kidney for Hugh.

Ana earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Psychology from University of Maryland University College at Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. She also holds post graduate diplomas in German Studies and Public Relations.
